Heh. It is absolutely remarkable to see how far the artwork has advanced since that very first Sam and Jan skinny dipping series 7 years ago. (I think it was in 2010). Well done. I definitely like the new skin tone on Jan.

Keep up the good work. More lake time, I hope.

Obama padded the Budgets by Billions for Climate Change?
So if we remove all the CC crap off the top, and reallocate it to the Military and the Infrastructure Repairs/Renewal, there really won’t be a measurable increase in the overall budget? Possibly a reduction if done correctly.

1000th Illegal. Oy A Monty Python sketch came to mind.

Yes, he did, by $77 billions, buried in programs where it was meant to be difficult, if not impossible, to find the money.
While I’m on this spot, the push to go for ‘renewable’ resources (wind, solar, etc.) for power generation has made it impossible for poor people in Germany to pay their power bills because the non-carbon sources are mandatory. This raises the average German citizen’s electric bill to at least $.30/kwh (or three times whatever your local rate is; mine is $.113/kwh). The mandatory aspect means that if it were allowed to be put in place in this country, my monthly bill would be around $150 to $180 per month, instead of $50/mo. This makes it unaffordable to an average household.
Just thought I’d leave that info here. We should be very grateful that Trump won the beauty contest instead of that cheap imitation of Maleficent.

“….cheap imitation of Maleficent.” That is an insult to Maleficent, also Cinderella’s step sisters. Let’s face it, even using the Cthulhu pantheon as a comparison basis would be insulting to them.

Our illustrious Canadian neighbors also have regulator thugs placing their jack boots on their throats by way of Parliamentary Mandate. In some places the alternate energy bill is 10 times what coal plant generated power bill would be, or vastly more in certain situations. Shades of Enron cornering the California electric power market. Socialist buddies with approved businesses get the money. Social Justice pays some Warriors very well. The rest of the schlugs get the shaft. Businesses have closed and moved to the USA where the boot does not yet crush the larynx. Detail are on the internet. “Everything on the internet is true.” I got a bridge to sell ….
There was a lot more put in by the Democrats in the last actual budget passed that would have financed the anti-USA groups for 20 years or more. But they tend to steal it for themselves. i hope Trump’s first budget handles many, if not most, of the liberal support payments by ending them. Maybe that will be another start towards freeing more of the USA from the intentionally placed economic chains of progressive government, as well as the actual regualatory applications against the US taxpayers.

      • March 21, 2017 at 9:56 pm

Thanks for the recognition of the situation up here 🙂

Ontario sells power to U.S. areas for less than it costs to produce, buys power from neighboring provinces (Quebec) and overpays green energy producers to help keep them in business.

Meanwhile we have agriculture businesses moving south (greenhouse company), small town corner stores closing, laws to prevent disconnects during winter months, people choosing between heat and food, manufacturers running away and hospitals cutting positions so they can pay the bills.

And that is just last weeks news.

but the provincial liberals have “created” a 17% reduction starting this summer, after high demand season, by prolonging the debt payback. Wonder what my grandson will think of that.

        Not so progressive that.

Every dollar taken from the citizens pocket and placed under government control adds to the goal of controlling all money flow in a progressive nation in the making.
Progressives want the entire cash flow. They monetize ever cash flow and commit the future to paying the debt with those cash flows so governments cannot make new choices in the future. How many bond issues have really been needed with Affirmative action costs and 8% modern (depressing) art expenses built in with prevailing wages added.
The banks did the same thing with 3rd world nations. They have debt forever for projects where the majority of the cash was stolen. Now we are going in that 3rd world direction. many details there not apropos at the moment.

That future debt your grandchild will pay is intentional.

It progresses us into progressive control of all. By design.

If my house were suited to independent power production by combo solar & wind turbine installation, I would be getting a check every month FROM the power company, and not have to be concerned.
I think the actual goal of the previous administration was to abolish utility companies and turn all power production over to the government. Glad it never got that far.

The level of ridiculous in the electric power game in Ontario is beyond stupid. People who have power poles installed in anticipation of building a house being charged hundreds of dollars for “delivery fees” even though no power was actually consumed. The Auditor General criticizes millions of waste and the Minister of Energy says the portfolio is too complex for the Auditor to understand… even though she used to work for another power utility company… The politicians are doing a song & dance routine in anticipation of the next election, even though it is more than two years away… Yeah, interesting times in energy poverty land.

Vermont was following the same hell-in-a-handbasket path, but seems to have experienced a rush of brains to the head after electing the first Republican governor a decade. The the torrent of foot-voting citizens heading out of state also got the legislature’s attention, but like a desperate addict, they still can’t keep away from the next tax and spend fix.

Can’t root it out, so what does Trump do? Kill the departments, furlough the stiffs, the funds revert to the budget to be put to proper use.

Nothing wrong with taking the subsidy, it’s the way to get your money back before it blows away in the crooked wind farms…I helped son and daughter get the $8K and $5K house-buying rebates in ’09 and ’10 for just that reason.

My numbers from a number i generated once on the cost of an invader in New York with input from a builder there.
1000 ejected x an average $60,000 cost to taxpayers per year per invader = $60,000,000 per year. If they are discouraged, then that is the beginning of the geometric projection of savings per each additional year. Then add relative brought in to join them and it starts to turn into real money saved. This massive compounding of expenses was calculated by the invaders and the Cloward-Pivin type enemies of the USA who want to bring down the USA. Population replacement is part of their plans.
Then add some more along the border and that real money saved gets larger. Details not provided.
