OK, guys, you asked for it. (OK, CM?)
Eon’s Laws
First Law
Human beings choose to follow belief systems, religious, political, or otherwise, which sanctify the sort of actions they would do anyway. The belief system just lets them feel self-righteous about what they want to do to others.
Second Law
If someone repeatedly and constantly tells you that he wants to kill you, you owe him the courtesy of assuming he really means it and responding appropriately.
Third Law
Hunter S. Thompson once observed that “entire empires have been done in by vengeful freaks claiming a special relationship with God”.
He forgot the even greater number of polities destroyed by even more vengeful freaks who believed that they, themselves, were God.
Fourth Law
When anyone in government uses the phrase “For The Greater Good”, a smart man or woman quietly slides out through the nearest back exit. With one hand on their wallet, and the other on their sidearm.
(NB: See Chapter 1 of Methuselah’s Children by Heinlein for where I got this one from.)
Fifth Law
Any social system that relies solely on the “better nature” of the rulers to protect the ruled from the rulers, isn’t worth having.
Sixth Law
Never assume a politician will act against what he perceives as his personal best interests. And never, ever assume that he is being truthful when he acts in a way contrary to his philosophy and track record.
You will spend your life being surprised and disappointed.
Seventh Law
There are two kinds of people who censor. Those who don’t want to face the facts and those who don’t want anyone else to know what the facts really are. Both are dangerous, just in slightly different ways.
Eighth Law
“Race” is not destiny. Culture absolutely is. Religion and politics are just a part of culture. Culture is the “operating system” of a civilization. Like any OS, it’s a case of GIGO; Garbage In, Garbage Out.
Ninth Law
Just because something is stupid or illogical won’t stop people from believing in it. Especially if they think they can get something out of it, like money or power.
Tenth Law
On average, about one out of twenty people likes hurting other people just for its own sake. Also on average, about half of that five percent become professional criminals. The other half become professional politicians.
Eleventh Law
Anyone who demands “social justice” has no interest in either “society” or “justice”. All they really want is power they can use to abuse everyone they don’t like.
Twelfth Law
There is no racist worse than one who believes himself to be “tainted” by that which he despises.
Thirteenth Law
Remember the Engineer’s Creed; When the real-world data doesn’t agree with the theory, believe the data and come up with a new theory. This is true of anything, but is particularly applicable to science and politics.
Fourteenth Law
The Berlin Wall Theory; Only tyrants need to build walls and employ armed thugs to keep their subjects from fleeing.
Fifteenth Law
Politicians should never seek to grant government powers they wouldn’t want their political opponents to have. Because barring a one-party dictatorship, sooner or later those opponents will be in charge.
That’s the list so far. I try to keep them general.

About people who want to pour over our borders, and

me think of a Sgt. in BT who told us, “When you get over

The reason for mentioning above is a correlation between
being deeply in debt, and giving money that you can`t
afford.
We are now 20 trillion $ in debt, and handing out entitlements
to invaders is beyond crazy.
I have yet to hear anyone actually explain how much 20 trillion $
is: it`s nuts
1000 1000s = one million
1000 million= one Billion
1000 Billion = one Trillion, next they will go to quadrillion,

I’ll be making Irish soda bread tomorrow for the weekend, and rolling up a good corned beef, potatoes and cabbage while I’m at it. I have a friend who makes quiches from scratch. They are to die for!

> An experiment designed to reveal gender bias by reenacting the presidential debates with the candidates’ genders reversed found that Hillary Clinton would have been even less likeable as a man.
> The two NYU professors who designed the experiment were “unsettled” to discover that audience members actually found Trump’s style more endearing when it came from a woman.
> One female audience member even remarked that she found the male version of Clinton “very punchable” because he smiled so much.
HAHAHAHAHA, hell yes, Hillary would NEVER have gotten as far as she did if she had been a man…..affirmative action candidate all the way, just like Barry O…no accoplishments of her own, just being the right “protected” group.

Illegal invasion (immigration to liberturds) is the reason Donald Trump won the election.
Trump went from about 4% in the polls to shortly thereafter about 45% in the republican polls and then victory in the Republican primaries starting with thaqt issue.
Candidate Trump stated the same ideas that I stated in the LA Times that shut up the demanding rioters and various latin groups for a path to citizenship for all of the invading armies in the USA.
The ideas were those I took from Wong vs USA US Supreme Court (1898).
Trump his right to the heart of existing law in what he would do, and then what he would discuss concerning some new law in this area.
I additionally pointed out in various locations prior, that the US Supreme court also discuss US law and International law concerning that invaders, their entourages, and the children of invaders never gained citizenship in the invaded country they were in or born in, but always were the citizens of the invading nations or groups.
So. I say. make Mexico great Again. Give them back all of their Mexicans. That is something that can be addressed a few years down the line. Applying the immediate legal concerns with those presently here illegally is a major effort.
Jeb would have loved all of those invaders from the nation his wife was born in, and from many more.
Hillary would have had that Captain arrested and thrown in irons for bringing up the matter.
Correct as we have discussed in relation to the Mexican invasion, anchor babies, and the wall. That was the primary focus of Trump’s first very successful issue in the primary debates.
But he did not, and we did not, realize how far along the greater invasion threat was and to what extent the invitation was made and accepted by the muslim to enable the potential influx by Islamic terrorists and warriors.
He did later, not sure just what the impetus was that re-focused him, but he absolutely did refocus in the general election process and hammered Zero and the Beast continuously about their failure to address it or even to acknowledge it and call the invaders what they are, i.e. Islamic terrorists.
That course correction more than anything else is what led to the cascade of deplorables waking up to the reality that the foreign invasion was two-pronged and very well planned…the invaders from the south, so many of whom are already in our midst would be allowed to stay and given the same rights as Americans to vote, get free shit, and thereby ensure the continued control of the presidency and ancillaries in congress. The master plan though once continued control was ensured, was (is!) to settle the warriors who would destroy us from the inside in addition to the world of jihadists and murderers who would seize control and conquer all western nations.
Both were (are) critical to the election of President Donald J. Trump. Both are as you say the linchpin for his presidency and for our survival. The other important issues are somewhat secondary but still critical. Protection of 2A is almost a settled issue; attacking it would have allowed the leftist invasion to take place with less armed resistance, aka civil war, but what happens with scotus will keep that safe for now and DT is on it with his nominee(s).
Healthcare too is tied to the invasion; it is unrestricted coverage of ILLEGAL immigrants that will kill the healthcare system and the entire US system of entitlements and monetary/budget control. That is why it is getting such coverage and attention from the leftists who still cling to relevancy through obstruction as controlling that health system is defacto control of the budget…they don’t give a rat’s ass about any of those poor widdle innocent people, it’s all about money and control…always follow the money.
It is all interconnected and it is all part of the plan, let us put our faith in God and our chosen leader to maintain the strength and focus that will be required to identify and defend from this multi-faceted attack, and from the enemies from within and without our country, and from within and without our own party.

We actually had a Civil War Union Army general like that. George McClellan.
He was a nearly perfect example of why training officers tend to be ineffective on actual operations. He could train men to dress ranks and do bayonet drill by the numbers, and spit-shine everything until you could see your reflection in it. But on campaign, he simply could not get his head into the battlespace.
In the Peninsula campaign (that was supposed to end with Richmond captured and the war ended in the summer of 1862- !), McClellan repeatedly failed to take ANY objectives, even ones he set for himself. His excuse was bad intel courtesy of Allan Pinkerton, head of Intelligence at the time. Pinkerton kept over-estimating CSA troop strength in the area; McClellan kept inflating Pinkerton’s estimates to justify his failures.
Lincoln replaced Allan with Col. Lafayette C. Baker (who could have taught “Wild Bill “Donovan a thing or two), Baker sent Allan off to troll Washington cocktail parties looking for Confederate agents (he somehow managed to miss Rose O’Neal Greenhow, though), and McClellan still kept botching the job, eventually flatly refusing to follow orders from higher.
Lincoln finally said, “General, if you are not going to be using my army I’d like to borrow it for a while”, and replaced him with George Meade. Meade’s philosophy was 1, get field commanders who knew what they were doing (Grant and Sherman) and 2, turn them loose. That may be why the war didn’t last past April of ’65.
In 1864 McClellan ran for president against Lincoln, as a Democrat. His platform? End The War Now- by agreeing to separate and letting the Confederacy keep everything they had. Oh, and reinstate the Fugitive Slave Law, too. (Keep in mind this was a year after both the Gettysburg Address and the Emancipation Proclamation.)
He couldn’t figure out why he lost by double digits.
Jeb!.
George McClellan.
As my mother used to say, six of one, half-a-dozen of the other.
McClellan’s only real contribution to anything was the McClellan saddle, designed specifically for the US Cavalry, to ease pressure on a horse’s spine.

Big D, stand our ground, repeal it all and make sure that all the items on the list are in there or you won’t sign it. Make them bring two bills one repeals and one fixes.
Spin
Not all your enemies are on the other side of the fence.
I can’t imagine President Trump (lol, I still love saying that) signing a crap bill. I don’t think he’s wired that way. If the Reps won’t do it, He may write it (have it written) by his people and sent to the House & Senate.
That way they can avoid the backlash or leech on for the glory. God, they make me sick!
For such an illustrious(?) group of allegedly intelligent individuals, both wings of the Elitist UniParty seem singularly oblivious to the meteorite streaking down upon their pointy little heads. This destruction may be solely political, it may encompass some measure of violence, yet the day of the progturd jackal is over. The many millions who stood to on 11-8-16 are far from satisfied with the progress to date, much less this pusillanimous poppycock proposed now by pablo ry-no & the rest of the band of quislings.
Since the obvious did not sink in until the 9th. I like 11/9.
(Stolen from somewhere.)
Still has not sunk in on 3/9.
But it will.
Meantime, DT is pushing the health bill as written, gotta be a subterfuge.
Twittering at the twit Paul, maybe to force his hand and see what plan he has, if any. Someone said two bills, one to rescind and one to replace. I’m thinking Dr. Paul is down with the former with nothing for the latter.
That might even be the way to go, but it will be a tough sell, and not just for dims and rinos. Like I said, I don’t think Trump would be pushing O-Care Lite unless he has something up his sleeve.
One more thing Big D. Fire Comey, publicly tomorrow, frog walk him out of there. No one’s bigger than the safety of the nation and his actions has made us unsafe.
Spin
No quarter
Funny I said the same thing about Comey on another website!
Yep, I’ve said it other places too.
Comey. The fox in charge of protecting the hen house.
That works. I don’t in what universe, but, that works.
Oh yeah, frog march him and Brennan straight into Gitmo. Best place other than the burning hot one for both. Actually, I believe Brennan should meet a post, blind fold and cigarette. As it’s said; some assembly required.
That second panel seems a lot like what it would have been. Thing is, these progturds don’t seem to see what the result would have been. Or, at least, what I would hope would have been. WTP have had enough.
I seriously doubt President Trump is going to put up with a virtue-signalling GOP that willingly allowed its spine to be surgically removed by the Enemedia. That’s not what alphas do.
A FB post just read says that Tucker Carlson asked Ryan the perfect question, “It’s been seven years to the month since ObamaCare passed, so I guess the obvious question is why in all that time couldn’t Republicans formulate a plan most of them agreed on before going public with it?” and got a nonsense answer.
I so love all these democrat-lite congresscritters.
The Tucker & Ryan interview was worth watching. Tucker asked a number of pointed questions; Ryan claimed to be really excited often…
“FUBAR”, comes to mind while seeing this comparison to
Jeb`s remark that I remember hearing.
Great cartoon!
About people who want to pour over our borders, and
the ones wanting to help facilitate their arrival, makes
me think of a Sgt. in BT who told us, “When you get over
there (VN), one rule you must remember…save thine own
ass! you can`t do anything for anybody if you are dead.”
1000 Billion = one Trillion, next they will go to quadrillion,
I don`t know where the famous Kazillion fits in.
Mort, don’t know how old you are, but back in Reagan’s Star Wars era, everyone was screaming about how he was going to bankrupt this country with a 10 year cost of 2 Billion dollars.
Trump is trying to trim 2 Billion from HHS and they now say the country will starve.
God, just how big can a Government grow?
It’s a cancer.
It grows until we die.
Instead of buying diet soda and chips, maybe purchase some old school staples such as rice, dried beans, flour etc and cook from scratch.
Radical.
Extreme demand.
Are you nuts, Pamela? Cook from scratch like you and I do? Have your forgot that Home Economics and Shop classes are no longer considered necessary any more?
I’ll be making Irish soda bread tomorrow for the weekend, and rolling up a good corned beef, potatoes and cabbage while I’m at it. I have a friend who makes quiches from scratch. They are to die for!
The country will starve? So, ‘they’ know nothing about food pantries? I’m amazed at the hysterics generated by ignorance… or maybe it’s intentional stupidity.
Not a SINGLE one of them has bothered to look at how places like India does it………….. Where the people pay the majority of their care, 1/10 the cost, equal or better results.
Of course it won’t work here because it doesn’t line sufficient pockets.
https://hbr.org/2013/10/indias-secret-to-low-cost-health-care
McConnell has the look of an enema that didn’t work.
I see that Cankles crawled out of her hole and took to social-disease media to spur on resistance. For some reason I just want to play “Whack a Witch” (insert any other rhyming word that comes to mind) with her.
Spin
The range is open, fire for effect.
Bwahahah,
I thought this illustrious group would enjoy this.

TOO damn funny.
Well put points.
Amd remember, the Left and Muslims really do hate us. They both also are demanded to lie in the face of questioning in order to advance their causes.
We have begun to engage. may successful engagements continue.
I’m unsure what that phrase means. I don’t really TV very much, I run through anti-nausea medicine too quickly. Is Damon saying that the Repubs revealed their alleged alternative to O care too quickly? Or did they abort the attempt to replace it?
As my mother used to say, six of one, half-a-dozen of the other.
clear ether
eon
Jeb!
Jeb! is no Jeb Stuart.
McClellan’s only real contribution to anything was the McClellan saddle, designed specifically for the US Cavalry, to ease pressure on a horse’s spine.
