If such ever does happen, don’t run to an exit. Go into the nearest store, through the back, into the concrete service tunnels, and follow the exit signs from there. If random slaughter is the plan, I’d expect the gunmen to start at one end, with bombs or armed getaway drivers at the far end for when people bunch up trying to get out.
Read Tom Clancy’s “Teeth of the Tiger.” Coordinated strikes by Islamic terrorists (who are smuggled in through Mexico, by the way) against several shopping malls are a major part of the story.
Clancy was not afraid to call Radical Islam for what it is, and he cast Iran as the major power funding and inspiring it. Makes you think twice about his sudden death, which was never really explained.

I don’t know about CA. Here in Michigan, it’s the property tax assessment bureau. “Equalization” refers to reforms (about 50 years ago, now) of the assessment system, where formerly the assessments had considerably more to do with political influence than with the actual market value of your house or business location. That is, they always set the assessed value under market value, so they couldn’t be sued, but sometimes it was 95% of the actual value and sometimes it was 10%. With all those that were barely paying any taxes, the property tax rates had to be raised to meet local government budget requirements, so those without political pull were paying perhaps double their fair share.
So the legislature eventually decreed that the assessed values would be “equalized” at 50% of market value, with provisions for taking assessors to court if they outrageously undervalued your neighbor’s place as well as when they overvalued your place.

I am definitely NOT a member of the “Tinfoil Hat Brigade” but I can tell you that you aren’t the only one who holds that exact view. All I have to do is look at the ‘evidence’. For the past 7 years the PINO has seemingly done everything he can to provoke the people, worked overtime to fan the flames of racism, has injected race and himself into things and situations he has no authority, constitutional or otherwise to interfere in. He has also made the wrong/worst decision on matters concerning national security….and I seriously doubt that it is NOT UNINTENTIONAL.

Bottom line, I firmly believe he wants to start either a civil war or more likely a race war so as to “justify” declaring martial law. And quite frankly, with the direction and pace things are moving, I deeply fear that by this time next year if not sooner, the shooting will have actually begun.

What I do know now that confirms what I suspected, using empirical evidence given in the first report:

It’s the California version of the IRS for sales and use taxes amongst other duties….my guess is they have guns and other stuff ol Farook got access to…..
I don’t know about CA. Here in Michigan, it’s the property tax assessment bureau. “Equalization” refers to reforms (about 50 years ago, now) of the assessment system, where formerly the assessments had considerably more to do with political influence than with the actual market value of your house or business location. That is, they always set the assessed value under market value, so they couldn’t be sued, but sometimes it was 95% of the actual value and sometimes it was 10%. With all those that were barely paying any taxes, the property tax rates had to be raised to meet local government budget requirements, so those without political pull were paying perhaps double their fair share.
So the legislature eventually decreed that the assessed values would be “equalized” at 50% of market value, with provisions for taking assessors to court if they outrageously undervalued your neighbor’s place as well as when they overvalued your place.

I am definitely NOT a member of the “Tinfoil Hat Brigade” but I can tell you that you aren’t the only one who holds that exact view. All I have to do is look at the ‘evidence’. For the past 7 years the PINO has seemingly done everything he can to provoke the people, worked overtime to fan the flames of racism, has injected race and himself into things and situations he has no authority, constitutional or otherwise to interfere in. He has also made the wrong/worst decision on matters concerning national security….and I seriously doubt that it is NOT UNINTENTIONAL.
Every time one of these mass shootings happens, he inevitably calls for more gun control, yet the ball-less, gutless GOP establishment REFUSES to ask the very simple question of “How does disarming potential victims make them or the rest of the people, SAFER?” because they’re all scared shitless of being called “RAAAAAAAACIST.” With only one or two exceptions they all thoroughly disgust me.
Bottom line, I firmly believe he wants to start either a civil war or more likely a race war so as to “justify” declaring martial law. And quite frankly, with the direction and pace things are moving, I deeply fear that by this time next year if not sooner, the shooting will have actually begun.

What I do know now that confirms what I suspected, using empirical evidence given in the first report:
a)The cops/Homeland inSecurity knew ‘who’ a short time after the shooting, many people there saw him come and go, do you really think they found a dark SUV in SoCal that fast without knowing who? “Dark SUV”, the favored transportation of gang boys, yet THAT one was stopped.
b)The neighbors said they stayed up all night with a garage full of Muslims. Do you think HS was oblivious, in SoCal, really? Never lived there I guess. I put a piece of duct tape over the daylight sensor so I would have electricity in the garage in the day time, lasted about two weeks, before I was reported. Came home one day and Gladys Kravitz was walking, looking up at the roof, busted. This was the early ’70s.
Early on, they were being overly cautious, do you really think cops would have been so tight lipped if it had been 3 Tea Party conservative suspects?

I’m also surprised that the PTB haven’t set up a veteran returned from the Sandbox as the supposed perpetrator of a shooting massacre, as in Matt Brackens first novel, Enemies Foreign and Domestic. They have already been declaring that any of them who seek help for PTSD have lost their right to keep and bear firearms, and have tried (unsuccessfully in a couple of cases, thank G-d) to take their guns.
Come to think of it, here’s their scenario: white veteran with PTSD shoots up a _black_ day care center. That would start a race war and create an Executive Order for confiscation. I hope to hell I’m just being paranoid.
