may I repeat that my Great Uncle’s mother and sister were thrown in prison in Germany after my Great Uncle spoke in front of the German Bund meeting in Madison Square Garden prior to World War Two. The German Ambassador managed to get his mother released, though she did not survive WW2. His sister was frail and died from her short stretch in the Nazi prison. She had been a relatively famous German actress.
