Why is it that I can easily imagine Sam using a few cases of squabs and a deep firer to bombard the next antifa crowd to rush the wire at the ranch, under the legal fig leaf of “feeding” them.

Other than grunts, engineers are the best capable to destroy things.
Having worked extensively with both, IMHO the grunts are generally far better cooks.
Some engineer invented MREs. Grunts can make them edible.
Actually, I think it was one of Michelle Obama’s first attempts at changing America’s dietary habits…
…But yeah, of all the people in the Military, Grunts(Infantrymen for the civilians here)are by far the most capable cooks…

I work with enginerds day in & out… Keeping them from destroying things (whether by accident or design) is like herding cats.
