And I do mean brainwashed. Look how New York City and New York State are run by the thoroughly incompetent who’ve needlessly killed thousands of citizens yet the population there actually _approves_ of their job performance. They’re even actually touting Cuomo as a replacement for Biden.
Most of NY has a strong dislike for prince Andy. We were looking at a $6B deficit for next year before the stupid started. Now he is whining for money but found a way to sign a contract for $450M of thruway rest area upgrades to buildings that were renovated not all that long ago.

Insiders there bragged that they manipulated their search engine to the point of adding somewhere between 2 and 12 _million_ votes to Killeray’s total. I found that hard to believe until I discovered that her actual (as opposed to her media) popularity was actually abysmal and the votes came from the politically ignorant who just vote because, you know, democracy.
In the book, people who entered the Emerald city had green-lensed glassed LOCKED ON. My theory is that the city wasn’t emerald at all, but that the Glasses were a scam to make people THINK it was.
That makes it an even MORE fitting metaphor for the illusion of Socialism.
To which I say to real liberals everywhere, “welcome, let the others have their blue pills and dream of their utopia…join us who have awakened and let’s see how deep this rabbit hole really goes.”

Elon is an interesting character to say the least. Not sure I trust him but then I can say that about most anyone.
The rich are fleeing New York in droves… Calipornia as well… I just wish those running from the mega-taxes would leave their socialism behind but they always seem to want to bring it with them.
