Ultra-Maga JTC stole my thunder with the “perspective” comment! Nice! That’s exactly what rolled off my lips when I saw it!
As for “rural”, have ya been to S. Texas? Doesn’t get much more rural than that, especially in TX. Some counties, less than 7,000 folks in the entire county. Been volunteering my time down there for 10-1/2 years assisting local LE and Border Patrol. Brudder it can be some inhospitable country! Good for Sam and Zed to have the dawgs! Helps with those 7-8′ rattlers!
Wow! Bring in the old guard with the new squeeze. It’s nice to see Travis (especially since a few thought he was gone, ahem, Henry). I’m glad Mia is still around, and found, but where is Suzy? I guess she’ll show up soon enough.
Good one, and based on a piece I watched on Nam by that bald foodie guy that travels around eating all kinds of shit, accurate as to the vitality of the place.
But Suzy Q (Quan) is Vienamese? Huh. For some reason I thought she was some other Asian flavor…
Whatever, I do love that little sweet petite T&A so bring it on back, Punami!
Rural means far from civ. ie people. Specifically people who might interrupt or observe comment and make their presence known. Causing coitus interruptus. .
Peace quite and a good lay. Is that to much to ask for? /unknown

Well, actually, I was thinking “rural” might be a synonym for “backcountry,” don’t ya know, (and now I’ve got that song line running through my head, “…backcountry rodes, take me home, to the place I belong, West Virginia, mounting Mama, take me home, country rodes…)

Probably atributed to Bill Clinton when told that Hillary was on another rampage about Trump.

Too bad for Skye though.
CuriousB,
Suzy returned to Viet Nam because it offered more freedom and capitalism than Pedo Joe’s Amerika.

But… but.. but I….
Sam has no one to blame but herself – she and Zed playing matchmaker last fall the way they did…
John+M,
Going back to last fall, Skye could learn a thing or two from Mia about how to build a relationship.
True dat!
The two divinest things this world has got, A lovely woman in a rural spot!

Huh. I’ve never heard of “rural” being used as a descriptor of that, um, spot.
Very evocative. I’ll have to remember that…
In any case, what is the other divinest thing this world has got?

For many authors who have a lot of characters in their story arc, “parking” them when they are offstage can be an issue.
Not so for Chris, as we know the offscreen characters are probably somewhere Makin’ Whoopee..
Well, except for Jo and Mo (Jeff). In their case it is more likely Burning Down the House.
