I thought Kiko would have been better trained than to question a warning from someone you can trust. Many a problem with civilians, LOOK OUT! Heh, you can’t tell me what to do…clunk! Should learn to duck.
“Kiko” exiting unseen from that well watched and guarded out building. Messing with their minds at the least,

I meant to put that this T series took their copy ability from at least mainly a sample of the DNA from the original. Complete or partial duplication might be options.

I guess we might call today’s installment of DBD a “Paper View” show. I’m guessing, by the remnant in his hand, that there WAS a full roll in there, but no longer. What became of that paper on the roll, well, I suppose that might be something for Another Day by Day. We’ll see…
By the way, didn’t Paul McCartney write a song about this activity of DBD readers trying to guess Chris’ surprises before their time? This one:
———————–
Another Day-By-Day
Ev’ry Day-By-Day, a morning laugh, we wrestle there,
Wrapping up our guessess as we’re reading views and bedroom fare
It’s just a Day by Day…
Sipping on our coffees, guessing who is whose
Drippings from the pockets of a sundress
It’s just a Day-By-Day
As the officers wait, paper goes, “she” takes a pee,
Slinks out from the closéd cuffs and finds a new identity
It’s just another way
Doo-doo, doo-doo, doo-doo, it’s just a Day by Day
Doo-doo, doo-doo, it’s just a Day By Daaayyyyy
(break)
So mad, so mad
Sometimes Jeff feels so mad
Alone in an old outhouse he swells
Till the man of his patch forms to break the cell
Ahhr-nieee, don’t leave her there
And he shows empty rolls, then he tell Kiko, “Go…”
Too bad —
Jerks in the field, too bad.
As he roasts another rustler at a Texas dive,
Agents gather ’round him and they find it hard to stay alive.
It’s just a Day-By- Day
…
…

Ok, ok, I could probably do better if I had more time, but, well, such as it is…
(How Chris manages to get one of these delightful strips out every day by day, I’ll never know).
I think he is called by a higher power (I say God) to bring joy and clarity to us each day. Just as I have my experiences and talents so I can try and be of maximum service to others, he is a calm and enjoyable place in a very unsettling world. Kind of a Day by Day Buddha…
As laid back and laconic of a dude as ever you could meet; he *is*a Buddha!
He’s the Dudeha!

That last bit “Now, Kiko…..” has me wondering what Kiko’s going to be doing in the next installment.
I’m hoping for good old solid car bumpers, lassos and a long dirt road; but we’ll see what we see when we see it 🙂
Personally, I’m praying this is the way Nov 8 goes. However the skeptic in me suspect massive fraud after which we’ll either acquiesce or 1776.2 ‘em. It only took 3% then…

Two men go in. One man comes out.
Incoming!
There’s an indoor door to the outhouse??

Nice to worry about collateral damage, but what about Jack?
Nice outfit…. Showing up all shiny and nude would be so déclassé.
I think they are going to be needing a special HAZMAT cleaning crew
What? No busted Fed-heads? Ahhh, Chris, C’mon, man!
Are any of the Dawgs nearby? Just for back-up.
Is he carrying Kiko’s dress? Or did he leave it behind in the rafters?
The middle frame sounds like it’s Thing 1 and Thing 2 finding the one-hole empty, and wondering where Mari went off to. Sans cuffs.

There was a “when you gotta go, you gotta go” line in Jurassic Park that seems appropriate to the situation. Parallel, as it were.
Of course, in Jurassic Park the T-rex wasn’t waiting in the bathroom.
Right, but it ATE the bathroom 😉
“..Now. And DON’T look in da oudt-haus.”
Kiko coming out of the outhouse all shiny would have also been interesting.
Son of a Valkyrie,
Your focus on what is truly important is amazing.
Leading one’s twisted mind to wonder…do Mo and Jo have alacarte on the features of their “host” or is it a take the whole package as is kind of deal?
Because naked Mari in shiny liquid chrome would be hot as f—k.

Hmm, Houdini would be proud

Descended from many 3%ers
1776.2
It does not give me pleasure to state that is the way I think it will go.
The steal at this point would have to be so blatant that even the normies couldn’t help but see it as a declaration of war.
If so, the next scaffold going up in front of the Capital building won’t be a prop.
