Halley, My point exactly as to the all talk from Don thing in these later years. Including now, with the rallies etc. And he ain’t about boosting Kari, he’s about Kari boosting Don. Everything he does and says is about boosting Don, not that that’s bad, it’s how you elbow your way to the top, to a point.

That cemetery is on the road that leads to the Southern Blvd bridge…across which is the back side of Mar A Lago. The roadside is usually staked out with news and photog types looking into the back yard of that awesome place. But today right up to the walls and right around to the main entrance across from the Atlantic was populated by several hundred Trump supporters with signs etc and a line of traffic honking support as they passed, me included. A beautiful thing to behold.
Drove the couple miles on down narrow and congested So. Ocean Blvd to see once again the dozens of megabuck Spanish style mansions on the one side and the beautiful blue and green ocean, roiled today by unsettled weather, on the other. Turned around and drove back the same way and the windy sprinkly conditions did nothing to deter the supporters or the parade of cars and people, some hoping for an unlikely glimpse of the man I’m sure, but most showing their anger and determination at the shenanigans of those NewYawk prosecutors.

I have been utterly pleased w/everything he’s done since he became our governor. I love Trump, but Trump didn’t fire or stop anything. He certainly didn’t fire any Soros DA’s. DBD can pretend that ending the cozy tax deal for Disney (& several other ‘special districts’ btw) was all smoke & mirrors….except I haven’t heard word 1 from Disney about our laws since Chapek opened his fool mouth.
I’m trans – I’ve known I’m trans since I was at least 5 or 6 – & been kicked out of 4 diff support groups because I refuse to go along w/the insane idea of letting freaks mutilate children or “entertain” minors at risqué drag shows that were *never* appropriate for children.
And our kids did *not* miss 3 years of school or have shitty masks grafted to their heads.
In terms of governing & improving the lives of citizens, working lasting improvements, and drastically improving the stat/gubmint he is in charge of, DeSantis has outperformed Trump by every measurable standard. He even forced New York & Massachusetts into revealing, publicly, how empty & hypocritical their rhetoric around illegal aliens has been. He killed ESG investing in this state & was instrumental in killing that damn gun shop ISO.
I joined a political party at age 55 for the first time in my life b/c DeSantis has proven for anyone w/eyes to see that Dems are utterly corrupt.
