My version of closure is sending all appeals for money no matter what cause they are promoting back to them. Some cause me to spend a stamp, but that’s a lot cheaper than a “donation”. Most are politicians appeals for money,so they all get a comment that this government will not allow any schemes they have to go forward and will not allow them to vote to change it.
I respond to all solicitations of the form “send me money to achieve xyz” with a message saying we elected you, we’re paying you a salary, and doing xyz is already in your job description (assuming it is), so get it done first, and after you succeed, ask again.
I haven’t dug into who this Ramaswamy dude is, but damn…his 10 Commandments of Conservatism…

3. Human flourishing requires fossil fuels.
4. Reverse racism is racism.
5. An open border is no border.
6. Parents determine the education of their children.

10. The U.S. Constitution is the strongest guarantor of freedoms in history.

So, *459 of counties went solid blue in the 2020 presidential election. There were **2,368 Solid Red Republican counties.
*Which contain 171 million people supposed voters (52%).
**Representing 118 million people as counted (36%).
And as to people being awakened, getting mad, and getting even, somebody ‘splain this shit to me! How incredibly absurd that citizens in FIVE TIMES the independent red counties than blue ones have no home rule. The Constitutional Republic of America (the CRA) will fix that with sovereign control completely separate from those teeming cities that overwhelm the ballot box with their supposed numbers; they too will then be free and unemcumbered by the red county citizens that they hate so badly and want gone from their midst. So give them what they want, it might take a while for them to understand the wisdom of the old saying to “be careful what you wish for”, time that will be used for the consortium of majority red counties to choose the separate nation of the CRA or stick to the sadly but rapidly dying disunited states.
