There are not that many “down low” black men. And black women hate the reduction in the numbers of good partners it makes in the black men selection.
It might help with the doubtful woke white college women. And some would love to vote for a black man and a black women at the same time. I have read comments implying what the ones who would steal the land might deal with. I can’t recall which location, nor the specifics. But the residents of that land since the 400’s when they first arrived are one with their land and have their own justice in addition to the methods of the invaders. I have read more than just the above. The land will not go easily. They had best build it back for them historically sensitive with modern upgrades.
For some reason the house the dad built after he took the money his son sent him and made it a fortune in the futures market. The movie was “The Jerk.” The “bigger” house everyone told him to build was bigger. It was also identical in appearance. Farmers. Comedy is fun. Retain the culture. Make them better. Those houses I never built in Haiti would be very adaptable to such a purpose. Strong and resilient. Put a native looking facade on them, and also live well inside.

In terms of out-and-out corruption we’ve never had an administration, or a political party that backs it for that matter, this bad.
