I have to frequently wonder if this clown is for real as he seems like a typical arch-villain from any pick of the myriad of James Bond 007 movies. Dr. No … Goldfinger … Blofeld … the criminal organization SPECTRE … they all seem like movie versions of the real like Klaus Schwab and the WEF.
I wonder if he is not being taken seriously because of his on-the-nose resemblance to a stereotypical villain. We’re expecting James Bondto show up just in time to thwart his plans
