“An American couple from Georgia was killed in a head-on collision with a human smuggler transporting illegal aliens on a highway in Texas this week, authorities say…”
Thanks to today’s strip, I’ve been reminded of the only valid use for the personal pronoun “they” when applied to a single person, but only if she’s a D or better.

Oh for God’s sake [sniggle] the waiting is like a root canal…. …first watch Bills snatch defeat from jaws of victory and then THIS?
In the news — reality plagiarizes fiction:
“An American couple from Georgia was killed in a head-on collision with a human smuggler transporting illegal aliens on a highway in Texas this week, authorities say…”
Lay this at the feet of fucking Joe Biden.
Personal pronouns? No, he’s just trying to avoid blurting out comments on the salient points that first impressed him.
But… Could you have cut glass with those points?
Sounds like he is Still distracted by “salient points”.

A pair of milk white 38C titties jiggling under a next to nothing t-shirt made a lasting impression on me back in 1980.
Tube tops where also a thing of beauty… Who here remembers a sweet young thing wearing tube tops?
Me. My girlfriend at the time was a 38 DD.

Love the proper use of “they” for the “girls”.
Down thisaway we can also grant an exception for “y’all” to be used here.
Or if both sisters are present, “all y’all” is also acceptable, and funny!
The exception always prove the rule!
I married one. Still am, too. 41 wonderful years!

Or … was it just a double entendre response by a surprised visitor?
There is a neuter/non-gendered pronoun in English: “It.” Strangely appropriate in many cases.
Doesn’t quite work in the current context for the girls, but I use” “it” all the time recently…
In “Doc” Smith’s Lensman series, the Planet Lyrane was ruled by a matriarchal society. The Lyranians referred to each other as “It”.
