Ok, that last panel captures perfectly, simply in the expressions in M&K’s eyes, the difference in personalities between the twins, i.e., the not-so-innocent wonder and “let’s try this out, like now!” jump-into-it-and-damn-the-consequences readiness of K vs. the more knowing and wise-to-the-world’s-ways “studying it” cautious gaze of M.
But it suddenly makes me realize with a DOH! slap to my forehead with the butt of my palm (and I’m thinking this simply MUST have been brought out in an earlier strip or noted before in a previous comments section) that Mari got her dominant genes from Zed and Kiko from Sam. Their hair colors of course should have been the giveaway clue for me, but I guess I always just saw that difference as an easy way for us readers to differentiate between them if their tattletale eyes didn’t happen to be visible in the panel.
Do we know if they have middle names? And what does that make Samuel then too? The odd boy out?
Now that Cheney, Pelosi, Biden, et al have been caught redhanded lying about J6 and, in the form of their sham Unselect Committee, committing crimes against We The People – we can expect accountability and prosecutions, can’t we?

That means the folks that really need to be informed about the truth regarding the J6 events did not see the show or have dismissed it out of hand. Mostly the former, a few of the latter.

Think of what would happen if McCarthy gave the videos to both Fox and CNN. Would CNN show just the parts that fit their narrative? Would they just hide the video away and deny having them?
Think of what would happen if MacWhatsisface gave Hunter’s laptop to the FBI. Would the FBI show just the parts that fit their narrative? Would they just hide the laptop away and not talk about it?

I fear the Republic will continue to be in danger so long as the Law is held inapplicable to those in power, however major or minor, and no matter the dominant political affiliation. And mind you this applies at every level and through every nook and cranny of government because corruption can begin at anytime, anywhere, and applied with the finest intelligence simply because human nature is opportunistic 24/7.
Prison, fines, and even the death penalty are not enough if the law applies to some and not to others.
The President and State Governors have the power of pardon in their role as Leviathan. This should be the _only_ exception.
Heh … I remember reading some of those comic books as a kid. Uncle Creepy, Cousin Eerie, Vampirella, Chamber of Horrors, Tales From The Tomb, Tales of Terror, etc., etc.
They never lasted for long as my mother and/or teachers would always throw them in the trash if they were discovered.

Not being critical, as the more discussion the more realization that it is necessary and doable and the package of protocols and methods being developed is critical. But this discussion -this movement- is philosophically much further along than making it seem like a new idea for new reasons (ref that 160 years thing). Didn’t work that time, has to this time, and there are a lot more people than in just Texas and adjacent states who know It is necessary to the survival of freedom that there were back then.
