I suppose Travis is the sole one doing the fence work, while trying to keep his eyes straight and focused, all while there are too many distractions nearby.
Kinda reminds me of the Navy … where several Chiefs would be gathered around, “supervising” while holding their coffee mugs as the lone junior guy performed all the hard work. There would usually be one Chief, like Mia, who would bark out orders.
Germany has a statue of a man leaning on a shovel, called “worker’s monument.”

Shiite. That’s nothin. About 2pm, my daughter was driving me to Union Station, Dist. of Corruption. I saw a street crew digging down below the higher road we were on in DC. At least 30+ guys w/yellow cut caps and bright yellow vests. TWO guys were digging and the rest were standing near doing nothing
Like all other members of the genus Rattus, DildocRATS destroy their original habitat with their profligatous ways and then move on to find other locations to befoul.
Not sure who is who, but is the one in the middle bored and distracted by the goings-on and slapping her boob to watch it jiggle? I’m in for another year!
I wonder how Sam (or Zed) managed to persuade the twins to all wear the same kind of shirt as Sam? There’s twins in my family and they did things like that as a novelty but usually used clothing to differentiate.
The character of Travis is bothersome. He presents as oblivious. Most FBI “special Agents” that I encountered hed advanced degrees in law or finance. The crew that I worked withnwere real world smart, even though a few were “functional illiterates” ( couldn’t do squat with printed material), but were “real world” smart. Travis seems that way except for the obliviousness to what s around him. The fence needed doing, but he should have helped with the ladies’ shirts, if I didn’t get there first. Mia has a lot to learn, but she is unlikely to tolerate a “fool”.
Travis is certainly an “odd duck”, but he needs a bit of “sparkle”. Maybe, later. Just sayin’.
That is for a “creative” artist to decide. Something, even if he was told to finish with the fence. Maybe just a comment, but not so oblivious. Likewise with Mia. Talking politics and language with Sam is interesting but misses an opportunity to better characterize the ex-Fed. Mia would seem to want something, someone, to relate to. Travis might be a “temporary” plot device. Even so, Mia seems ready for more than a “bed buddy”.

Do I take it Mia caught him workin’ fence with the gals?
I have to admit, this one’s not making sense for me. But it may be the distractions, I count 6 of ’em
Hmmm, I got eight….. 😉

Too many chiefs … not enough braves …
Like a highway work crew: Three engineers, four supervisors, one Union Rep, and one guy in the ditch with a shovel.
Zar Belk!

Bill, that’s Kiko, and great comment, heh.

Got more nipples than a Labrador retriever bitch.
I thought a Labrador Dam had eight nipples. And the only bitches are that heifer in Gun Powder and further north east in the Swamp.
Just because Mia’s aren’t exposed doesn’t mean they’re not ‘there’.
That makes eight.
Why I love white t-shirts – they get wet they get translucent…
At least, that’s what I’m thinking happened.
(Forgot to finish my thought)
I’m thinking that Travis is in trouble because he thought the girls were overheated an threw the water bucket on them.

good reading.
Thanks 4 link
The only problem I see is:
BUGS!!!!
Despite Sam’s protests, Mari and Kiko are where it’s at. Not that I have any problem with Sam!
(No lie: more Mari and Kiko will turbocharge that 2023 bar.)
OT but damn. That lib hate was there even pre-Trump; how deep was/is that swamp?

Um… exactly what do you see Travis doing to “help” the ladies with their shirts??
