Love her, but Mari’s eyes have always bothered me. Something’s off about them. Maybe cuz they’re the only eyes in the strip that have color? Kinda jarring.
Also, there was a time way back when where the twins’ names were reversed – the redhead was Mari. Just noting.
But that’s not the same thing at all.

If it wasn’t for the gov’t habit of freezing the bank accounts of people donating their money ‘inappropriately’ or surprise ‘audits’ with the numbers you’re going to owe as a penalty for doing so already filled in (and a fixed income) I’d push that bar along a little faster, sadly I can’t right now, my dining room ceiling just caved in from a leaking shower and my car’s frame rusted through 🙁
Maybe later but it won’t be before this year’s drive closes.

You have my sympathy. I only donated a very small amount because of astronomical repair costs that we were dealing with at the time. Well, now we have to replace three porches — front porch, kitchen porch and laundry room porch. Texas’s wet spring weather took its toll over the ten years we have been here, and the wooden supports are in bad shape. I just hope nobody crashes through the boards before we can take care of it.
Rittenhouse kid (YES he is a kid) won’t vote for Trump because he and his handlers get some mileage out of saying DT is not pro-gun enough, and provided some legitimate examples of that, (most especially supporting the loss of the private sale exemption which I and others will FORCEFULLY re-educate him on) and saying he will toss his vote away on Paul. That’s his right of course and who doesn’t love Ron?
But as I said this is a kid who comported himself better than most adults when he faced the elephant and is held up as a hero for it. But in the same vein as Zimmerman, he should not have been where he was doing what he was and forcing him to protect his life with proper force.
I will take some flame for this but I never joined in the feting of the kid, I believe he should not have ever been there under the circumstances that he was, but did what he had to do once he was there and attacked. And I don’t take my deadly defense advice or election advice from a badly advised kid.
I agree. That little shit should never have been there with that gun. He was damn lucky to survive as glorious as he did, but him being there was just fucking reckless.
I like that I can use the word “reckless” on this site.

That is very good news…under pressure but still ultimately the right thing to do; does follow what I said earlier about being a kid, that’s not a bad thing we all have to grow up and hopefully we all learn in the process as Kyle has.
Still love Ron of course, and stand by what I said about the incident.
