A fellow Jaycee (And a DNC fundraising chair) was scammed of about $4,000,000US by a ‘competitor’ who designed what other’s called an aspiring to be a Ted’s Shed (in which many in the USA store their garden equipment) at a price tag for a village approximately double of the our final architectural design which was larger, used concrete based insulated material walls and roofs with a concrete floor and was designed to withstand Category 5 Hurricanes and an 8.0 Earthquake. The water was good and sourced from the ground from a water table supplied from a mountain above it. The basic structure would still be there in 150 years. It had an engineers analysis and approval to equal or surpass Florida Building Code standards. The deed was in my hand for 190 hectares, with 590 hectares total available.
The ground was GEOLOGICALLY STABLE in a location recommended over 50 years ago as to where Port-Au-Prince should be moved to. A port could be build close by. A road was a straight shot to Port-Au-Prince. It was surveyed and laid out for 1000 residences with a school, police station, government offices, commercial, and industrial space, market, agriculture areas, and a church. The land had been surveyed and the village laid out to fit the land with plans and designs that could be built from made. And more.
The powers in Haiti had no intention for this to occur. Some did. Those not wanting it won.

I actually avoided almost all direct contact, and did not go to Haiti. I already knew the situation and had no desire to know specifics or interact directly there. I just worked on solving the problem presented. The big fish from the different groups along the way who were going to pay for it said they had all of the questions I gave them taken care of. Obviously, they did not. We had the problem solved to the degree asked. That was not what would have been allowed.
I even had allocated millions in the budget for security to ensure that the final project was turned over without being stripped for scrap as did later happen to other developments. One US corporate person called that security theft. I called it the cost of business to deliver the product. Whatever happened to it after turn over was not in our control. I preferred the Western Civilization approach so far as construction was involved, and security. It still needed some more local variations and input as far as I was concerned. It never got to that point.

I lived in Greater Miami since birth.
many friends and relatives went there.
I employed Haitians. i talked with Haitians. I went to school with haitians. This one girl that was in my class from 3rd through 6th grade. Wow. This was at the catholic school that my great grandmother was the first major donor to the building fund for, and a great school for decades. My sister ran into her in Port-Au-Prince once when she rode in the Mardi Gras Parade on a large white stallion. Later, at the best club in town, my sister and her hid in the bathroom until the then dictator Baby Doc Duvalier left. Baby Doc would have taken her, I was told and let’s say, forced his way with her.
I know more things about some places that I have never set foot at than most all residents there. I often see things differently. I do look at things differently, and often see what others don’t.
We put the architect on the ground, the survey crew, and the test crews and initial excavation people to test the soil. I have traveled and worked around the Caribbean and Bahamas, but never set foot in Haiti. Something about the place and what some of the people have done does not appeal to me. I will not go where I do not wish to. I may have gone if we had the contract and received the deposit and started building. I let my passport lapse so I would not go.
I would take part in improving it, but I did not have to go there. Videos and live streaming would have done fine for much of what I might want to do. An independently powered up-link and cameras had been planned. I have siblings that have traveled the world. i will not go to Africa, Muslim nations and most of Asia. My choice. Since college i knew how they would develop and devolve in many ways, and i would not be a part of it. I knew the invasions were coming here. Not all details, but, I could see the demographics with most of the countries desiring the growth with no plans to take care of their nations basic needs. we are not responsible for their decisions and those massive population increases have no right of invasion, no matter what people like Merkel, Obama, Junkers, Sutherland, the UN and others say. To bring them to the developed nations reduces the numbers that could possibly be helped. The local areas must be developed to sustain people by ther own responsibility, or all civilization will be crashed. but that is the plan of the elite. junkers and an EU founder Sutherland (of Ireland) say just that. Crash the west to control it and eliminate the last major obstacle for their global plans to control all.
