Considering how “peacekeeping forces” from Kenya have acted in other such deployments, they’ll fit right in to the local “culture”.
They just won’t get much “peacekeeping” done.
Sending them translates to “The UN does not care if the locals burn down the country. It’s the neighbor’s (i.e. Dominican Republic’s) problem and, by extension, the United States’.”

But I expect the case will be trashed and tossed on a long string of “technicalities.” Or “procedural defects.” Any FFL with a Biden’s name on paperwork, any Biden on any record, should immediately upgrade his or her legal representation.
