NH constitution Article 10. [Right of Revolution.]

Government being instituted for the common benefit, protection, and security, of the whole community, and not for the private interest or emolument of any one man, family, or class of men; therefore, whenever the ends of government are perverted, and public liberty manifestly endangered, and all other means of redress are ineffectual, the people may, and of right ought to reform the old, or establish a new government. The doctrine of nonresistance against arbitrary power, and oppression, is absurd, slavish, and destructive of the good and happiness of mankind.

I can’t forget that the present tyranny was aided and abetted by SCOTUS when it refused to give standing to the in-your-face over-the-top undeniable evidence of blatantly criminal brazenly unconstitutional Election Fraud (Algore is smiling). “Nothing to see here!” says Amy Coney Barrett. “No reason to consider fraud!” says Brett Kavanaugh.

Right. Let’s just sweep this reeking mound of manure under the rug…

It’s beyond just smelling bad. Was it a deal? A pay-off? A craven reaction to threats by the Left? And the odd, odd fact that no one talks about when SCOTUS sacrificed the Rule of Law to the Junta raises the stink level to 11 x 11.

Secession is not a matter for the Constitution. Secession is always resolved by the “Winners write the laws” rule. The U.S. is no longer part of England because Cornwallis surrendered to Washington at Yorktown. The Confederacy is still part of the U.S. because Lee surrendered to Grant at Appomattox.

“The Confederate states are still part of the U.S. because Lee surrendered…”

      FIFY Larry.

The Confederacy did not and will not dissolve, it is in fact actively pursuing the next necessary steps to secession once again, for the very same reasons as before but with far greater geographical participation and much better planning and preparation (aka preps).

General Lee didn’t have the authority to surrender the Confederacy any more than the Generals in the Philippine Islands had the authority to surrender the United States in 1942. In fact, Lincoln would not allow a general surrender of the CSA, only the surrender of individuals and units were accepted.

“General Lee didn’t have the authority to surrender the Confederacy any more than the Generals in the Philippine Islands had the authority to surrender the United States in 1942.”

Nor did Cornwallis have the authority to surrender England. He surrendered the effective military force resisting the Colonial revolution.
Lee surrendered the effective military force of the Confederacy. Lincoln wanted to reintegrate the Confederacy into the U.S., not treat those states as surrendered enemies.

“The Confederacy did not and will not dissolve, it is in fact actively pursuing the next necessary steps to secession once again…”

Sorry, but the Civil War ended 150 years ago. A new secession movement may start, but it isn’t the same one.
And the problem is that we don’t really have Red and Blue states. We have Blue cities and Red rural areas. So dividing up the country would be a lot more trouble, and a new civil war a lot messier, than most proponents think.

I’ve seen war and revolution. I don’t want to see it in my hometown. I have a feeling Zed and Mia will feel the same way.

“Now let me get to the good and bad of this controversial decision. Let me start with the bad. As thrilled as I am with this decision, I can’t help feeling disappointed these same Supremes didn’t FIRST overturn the 2020 election. That 2020 election ruling was far more important than this Roe vs Wade abortion ruling- if it had come first. If they had displayed the same courage in 2020 as they did today, we’d be living in a completely different country.” – Wayne Allyn Root

As good as the Roe overturn is, it is sadly tarnished by coming from a “conservative majority” SCOTUS that we’ve learned cannot be trusted at crunch time. Also notice how the illegal leaking of this anti-Roe decision has not been prosecuted, as will not be the pre-planned violence. The whole thing is disquieting. There is much we are not being told..

The Roe Riots are at the will of TPTB and can be controlled. Note the antifa/blm riots. No Problem except for the citizens killed and businesses burned. The 2020 election fraud, however, goes against TPTB personally and had to be shut down and will Not be allowed to be judged. If they pull off another election fraud, expect anyone speaking out, even here, to be shipped to the long-rumored FEMA camps or simply “disappeared”.

The true heavy haul will be the reversal of Wickard v. Filburn.
This Supreme Court ruling effectively gutted the Republic by giving the Presidency the power to legislate via Regulation.
With every passing day the Legislature becomes a vestigial, money grubbing, Ponzi scheme simply because it doesn’t have to do anything but cash checks from the Treasury.

Put this up late last night.
Looking at it again in the cold light of day, it still applies.

Given that the left routinely destroys anyone or anything that disagrees with them, I can’t help but wonder if the ‘night of unrest’ their politicians are calling for in the wake of the Ruling wasn’t deliberately intended to have one or more SC Justices ‘permanently resigned’ at the hands of ‘protesters’ in order to let them appoint enough of the ilk they prefer to load the Court for a long time to come, just look at the lunatic they have waiting for a seat to open up…and of course the case(s) will go unsolved or Trump will be blamed…or Putin.
Never underestimate the evil a socialist backed into a corner can do to try and save their seats of power.

And ironically, I would rather burn everything down and leave nothing but rubble than be indentured to live under their fascist rule…let’s start with DC.

And like a Phoenix (and maybe *in* Phoenix), the CRA will rise from the ashes and a new Constitutional Republic will be born.

100%, but if so, it will either be an older socialist one so a younger one can be put in to presumably last for many years which is probably what happened, or more likely a Conservative one will be framed, or possibly one of their staff members planted there for just such an occasion to induce them to resign over it and the younger socialist one still gets appointed and then the Court leans left again…which is the intention, and the paid protesters will fade away again until they’re needed in the Fall. Noticed that antifa was ‘activated’ last night, wonder if they get unemployment credits for rioting ?

The ironic part is that democrats will mostly only be burning democrat run cities in democrat run states…where abortion is still legal and will probabyl become mandatory before long.
Because they know if they tried it in really ‘red’ states, they’d be knocked down, dragged off, and locked up.

    Just leaving this here FYI:

It’s now legal to lie to the American people…… Smith-Mundt Act of 1948 (SMA): Put simply, our government was permitted to lie to people in other countries, but not to us here at home. The Smith-Mundt Modernization Act (SMMA), …BURIED in the 2012 National Defense Authorization Act (Obama’s term): REPEALED the 1948 Smith-Mundt Act: allowed the same propaganda disseminated by our government to foreign publics, to now be released in the U.S. for the very first time. OUR government is also now ALLOWED to CREATE PROPAGANDA tailored specifically for U.S. public consumption, using ANY media as it sees fit, while remaining ANONYMOUS as to the source of the material being reported.

When the “peaceful” pro-abortion protests turn violent, it would be a good thing for the first few rows of the insurrectionist mob to re-learn the reason a short barreled 12 gauge with an extended magazine, loaded with heavy shot is called a “riot gun”. Climbing over the shredded bodies of the people in front of them just might instill a moment of clarity into the perspective of even the most radical mercenaries hired and paid by the leftist elite.
