What happened to bribery? Dems to charge Trump with abuse of power and obstruction of Congress

The last guy admittedly violated the law by pulling five top Taliban leaders out of Gitmo without notifying Congress, deliberately circumvented sanctions to give $1.7 billion in cash to a sworn enemy and known state sponsor of terrorism for a hostage payment, committed the country to several initiatives that required the advice and consent of Congress with nothing more than his signature (DACA, Paris Accords, Iran nuclear deal), and his Administration routinely laughed off Congressional subpoenas with his Attorney General being declared in contempt of Congress without repercussions.

But Trump is the clear and present danger because he might do something that influences the 2020 Presidential election (and steals it from the Democrats again).

“Obstruction of Congress”? That is his job.

As for what the Dems are “feeling”. That is just Epsterin withdrawal syndrome. Hillary most certainly has cure for that with some newly imported product.

    Pizza anyone?

Then we can all focus on the main course; the skim from the weapons to ISIS via Qatar and the pallets of unaudited cash to the Mullahacracy. In May the Bearded Ladies said that they were going to name names. The Ukraine was just small change for the lower minions after the Chicago gang got theirs.

Then back to the artistic appreciation of Sam & Skye’s political base.

They are saying “Obstruction of Congress” as if that’s a bad thing; as Judge Tucker said, “No man’s life, liberty or property are safe when the legislature is in session,”
We started hearing about a rumormonger being labelled a whistleblower, went to being told that ‘knowledgeable people had impressions’ that the President meant something they didn’t like, and now it’s ‘feelings’.
And when the elites are told that the peasants are revolting, they simply respond by saying “Yes, they certainly are. Smelly, too.”

Abuse of power and obstruction of congress — mainly for withholding subpoenas documents and witnesses. Never mind that Congress bypassed the Judiciary branch to enforced the subpoenas, or allow the President to deny such as SCOTUS has ruled he may. Abuse of power and conspiracy to commit sedition should be the crime Durham charges Nadler, Schiff and Pelosi

At ten bucks for a standard-size bar five-pack of gourmet milk chocolate, other options available, it’s a great gift for certain insufferable relatives and other acquaintances. Bundle with graham crackers and marshmallows and a handwritten note, “With Trump you get s’more!”

Look, people, Nadler can damned well impeach the President for whatever he pleases IF HE HAS THE VOTES! Impeachment is 100% political and thus is solely about which side has the votes – PERIOD! I, personally, believe that the Dems DO have enough votes to get a bill of impeachment passed WHATEVER the charge pretext. What will be telling is whether or not the Dems can scrape together the votes in the Senate.

Anybody willing to bet a hundred bucks there WON’T be a bill of impeachment passed? Hmmmmm?

Personally I’m hoping the impeachment does pass.
Then the Senate can put the likes of Biden, Pelosi, Nadler, and Schiff under oath so we can watch them get prosecuted for perjury just before the election.
      Meanwhile Trump gets acquitted.
This will be a triumph of fact over fiction if there ever was one.

Just thinking out loud, but if this farce goes to the Senate, and they turn on the president and vote to impeach, a response from the populace regarding our government should be forthcoming. And I don’t think voting will make an adequate statement.

First, the Senate must vote on which Articles of Impeachment (charges) to accept by simple majority. Eight of ten were rejected for President Johnson.

Between the “interagency consensus” that keeps getting us into wars they have no intention of winning, and a Congress that wants to impeach 63 million Americans for disagreeing with their “feelings”, it “feels” more and more like we’re reliving 1860.

If that’s what the “progressives” want, this time, we don’t let them “swear loyalty” after it’s over. We tell the survivors “There’s the border, get your traitorous ass across it and never come back”.

One can dream, certainly, but it isn’t happening. They all have that New World Order thingy that Bush 41 was going on and on about. A Thousand Points of Light and all that rot.

Don’t think for a second that the two parties aren’t partners in crime.

I mean, again; it’s fun to dream and all, and in this case to imagine that we have a real champion who’s really on the side of the purported American principles of liberty, but at the end of the day we must face the situation as it is.

And that reminds me; did you know that Donald Trump is now depicted on the heads side of an Israeli half shekel silver coin, along with the ancient King Cyrus? Yup. Check it out. You can buy them right now.

It’s interesting, isn’t it, that our president being featured on a current foreign currency didn’t make the headlines?

It’s a matter of perception actually.
The perpetual howl of Racism is only to cover the reality that politics in this country has now shifted to issues of Class.
It was inevitable that Trump would be tarred with the brush of racism in spite of his long history of being anything but a racist, because the Elites are dominated by the Left and they call the tune in the MSM.
And of course the Elites are well represented in both the Republican and Democratic parties, thus the cry “Never Trump!”
We are now witness to the utter dissolution of the 4th Estate in the mass media because of its being dominated by delusional advocates of a long-discredited Socialism. Meanwhile the Real World is being reported by alternate means on the Internet.
It is a form of civil war, but while I think the Framers could not have possibly anticipated the particulars of our present state of affairs, they certainly got the basics of Human Nature right.
It is my hope that current events will inspire a rebirth in intellectual integrity, if only in the generations to follow, and we strive “towards a more perfect Union”.

Applying the law, that might seem a precedent to the Thieves Guild that is ensconced in Washington DC and thereabouts.
