I’m afraid to ask how a popo Lt. presumably commanding officers “teleworks from home.” Although I’d have been REAL interested back when I was an Infantry Lt.

I suspect it’s because his management and his colleagues all secretly feel safer when a loose cannon like he is, is nowhere near the premises.

Plus if he “teleworks”, he’s less likely to run into a disgruntled patriot.

Why hasn’t Johnson at least fired him? (That’s a rhetorical question, in case it wasn’t obvious enough.)

I do not mean this to be a trolling comment, so please don’t take it that way.
Ashli was the sacrificial lamb; she was lifted up and pushed through the broken transom by the Fibby stooges who were inciting the crowd.
She was pushed through an opening, into what was supposed to be a secured room. Deputy Dog might have over-reacted but none of the security could be sure that she was in fact, not armed and dangerous.
That is why none of the brave strong agents did not “volunteer” to be the one to breech the room; their plan was to have someone killed as an example to the others. They also blocked the First Responders from getting to her in a timely manner. Watch the video again and see the whole plan play out. It was a set-up.
Every Fibby agent who was there that day, in civilian clothes, acting like they were part of the protest, should be charged with accessory to Ashly’s murder.

No wonder he’s threatening to ‘spill the beans’ if he doesn’t get the same blanket pardon bye-then gave his accomplice kid. Betcha killary has a ‘meeting’ with him before long on the advantages of preemptive Arkancide.

How can he be pardoned if he’s not been charged, tried and convicted?

Byrd has been cited for more than shooting at a van. Or should have been. His initial report varied dramatically from what the investigation revealed, i.e. he lied.
Then there are more incidents, just not involving the USE of a firearm. He left his in a public restroom.
DEI before there was a DEI, it would seem.

Seems his employers were just trying to ease him into retirement until Ashlii came along.
Sort of like Scott Peterson at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School.

Byrd needs to get a long tern lease on a small piece of real estate- – – – -3 by 6 feet, six feet deep. Even better, maybe a bonfire and a toilet flush!

Interesting that the White van incident is brought up now. I will note that the incident with the van and his lies in the incident report were sometime well before he executed Ashli Babbitt.

Now, what does this mean? That there are likely five others on or that should be on, the Lewis Registry, for their covering up Byrd’s lack of ability as an Officer of the Law. His Watch Commander, His Precinct Officer, and the two Higher up in his Chain of command, and the Police Commissioner.

Also, the purpose of the Registry should not simply be to make sure they aren’t called as witnesses for the Prosecution, but to REMOVE them from the force, and keep them from being hired to some other police department. I can recall stories some years back where an officer went from one police department to another, plus a couple county sheriff departments, This registry should be a tool to prevent crooked or incompetent people holding a badge.
