But as “woke” as a word was commandeered and ruined by the elites to exemplify their transformation from mere flawed mortals to some lofty level of enlightenment, so too has it been commandeered by regular types to expose the absurdity and evil inherent in using a word to lord over us…so it has now been reverse-weaponized in the same manner as was Deplorables, as in “Go Woke Go Broke” which we have seen play out so many times, just love it. Meanwhile to awaken is to escape from that stupor, truly an awakening, as when Ronnie transformed me from a yelladog democrat like my Dad, and more especially as Saul/Paul was awakened to the Lord as the scales fell from his eyes. “Awaken” and “Awakening” Such powerful and evocative terms.
It’s a small thing, compared to the actual life and death problems the Left has put us in, but it really aggravates me to have words and symbols corrupted by the left.
Whether it’s “woke” or a formerly cheerful word like “gay” or the simple image of a “rainbow”. They contaminate everything they touch!

So, when does a change occur to rid us of this woke scourge? It certainly won’t be by ballot in 2024. But, if we win in 2024, will that be enough, if we succeed in turning the electoral tide that has been so corrupted?
This scourge has been a long time coming, since the 18th Century in fact.
Jean-Jacques Rousseau, who is one of my candidates for the Anti-Christ, promised the world that we could have Heaven on Earth if only we made Government our God.
The blood, misery, and treasure that has been squandered in pursuit of that philosophy by way of Socialism of every stripe, including Wokeism, is going to continue for the foreseeable future I’m afraid.
The Enlightenment got side-tracked by the false dichotomy of Good vs Evil being the nature of Mankind. What should have been the basis of Moral Philosophy came a full century later when Charles Darwin pointed out that EVERY species is, and must be, adapted to its environment. And in the case of Homo sapiens sapiens that means Gaming the System.
Us included.
Which is why no System made by man can withstand the perpetual onslaught of those who make up the System itself.
This is why, whether they realized it or not, the Framers made it as difficult as possible for any one Faction to take over a System of Government.
They knew it would always end in tears.
I don’t think they “woke” to what they consider some form of enlightenment. It seems Romans 1:28 is what they actually have. Their woke ideas all seem to have the same attributes as 2+2=5.

We forced them into fiscal responsibility when we last crashed their economy after the CCCP fell. We are the ones with 135% debt to GDP. They are around 25% debt to GDP, and they have more underground defense tunnels than we do. Including most of the people.Those various cultists have done the enemy’s job well.
We will see much to grieve about when we have woke up.
We still must win by doing what we know. We will figure the rest out as we continue.
