    Actions should have consequences.
    And stoopid should hurt.

IF stoopid hurt, the world would be filled with screaming…

Yes. That’s the whole point. While annoying at first, in time the screaming will subside, either by self education or attrition.

Devil’s Advocate Mode: Those jurors weren’t sequestered. I’m sure they were daily reminded, “Guilty or else.” Had any of them voted not guilty they knew they would be doxed before they got out of the courthouse. They would have needed the equivalent of “witness protection” to survive, from a DOJ nobody can trust anymore.

The most effective method is to give the benefit of the doubt until the other side proves they are not worthy. Then you retaliate. Anything else ends in you getting steamrolled.

Agreed. However, there is a right way to retaliate and a wrong way to retaliate. “When (both sides) break the law, then there is no law. Only a struggle for survival.” Billy Jack 1971

What else do you suggest? Keep doing what we’ve been doing with the same results? Something must change and it may be too late to avoid the wet work.

The GOP and conservatives had been “going along to get along”, following the Marquess of Queensbury Rules, trying to work with, compromise with and\or actually working with not only our enemies, but the enemies of the Republic for too long and now find ourselves on the brink, nay in the earlier days of tyranny.
In hindsight, if Trump had picked different people and worked to expose the truth about the evil on the other side, we might not be where we are today.

    Tarzan,
say what you want. CM, as long as the other side behaves(HAH). As for me, I’ll give back what evil I get with a tincture of malice and a grin on my face. Let those who won’t “lower” themselves to fight, stay tf out of the way, and don’t bother to lecture me. We are dealing with people who would just as soon have us confined or/and dead. If you want to lay there, bleeding and losing, have at it. I certainly learned, a long time ago, to let ’em swing first. After that, anything goes. (Oh, and a reminder: let them swing – you don’t need to let them connect.) My ol’ man – 11th Airborne, Korea – informed me that if I chose to fight fair, or “be better than that”, I wouldn’t survive the street, so I’d better figure it out, quick! I did…

When someone is trying to hurt or kill you or someone you care about, there is no ‘fair’, there is only ‘make them stop’. How you do that is irrelevant and by the time anyone shows up to enforce the law against them hurting you it’s going to be too late for anything except an investigation. Make sure you’re the one able to give answers.

One of the pundit who I watch regularly was saying there have been a flurry of federal voter registrations in Texas outside of the normal process. No-one seemed to be aware of how or why the feds would be doing voter registration since this is supposed to be state jurisdiction. Perhaps the next attempted election will be done by leveraging this kind of tactic?

Since voter registration is the sole responsibility of the State, the State of Texas needs to investigate each and every one of those “federal” registrations and who is the designated voter.
Odds are the “who” is one or more three letter Federal Agency.

More likely they are registering all of the “new-comers” with the knowledge that they will for the ones that are catering to their desires, whims and wants, in other words, the typical Dem voter.

I sent Chris an e-mail, but probably to an old address. Anyways, on further consideration, I thought I’d share this with everyone here:

So I was just as happy the campaign was delayed so I could wait to the first of the month.

But thought I’d share this thought and info now. I recently got caught up in a thread on Sarah Hoyt’s blog basically by me saying fuck this be patient shit and trust the plan, that the shit really is about to hit the fan.

But it was started by a circuitous bit of surfing the internet that eventually led me to read about the Brazilian participation in WW2. For quite a while the Brazilian population had used the phrase that translates roughly to “when snakes smoke” to say the same as when pigs fly. And it was used repeatedly when describing the likelihood of Brazil actually sending troops to fight the Axis. Eventually, however, they did. And the troops of course adopted a patch of a snake smoking a pipe. The phrase caught a new meaning in Brazil, meaning that, when the unexpected happens, it will be a hell of a lot worse than expected when it does. (The Brazilian troops were quite effective and heroic despite many odds in Italy).

Sooooo, I wanna see a Gadsden Rattlesnake smoking a pipe. Preferably on a velcroed round unit patch. It’s time.

I like the design of the flag that Chris shared a link to a few years ago.
It’s a ‘Gadsden’ design but the snake is striking with the comment, “Too late”.

    Fun Fact:
New York state has lost seats in Congress after every U.S. Census since 1940. In 2024 they have 19 fewer members in the House of Representatives than they had in 1940. Over the same period, Texas has gained 17 seats and Florida 22. That’s an 80-year trend.
